New Features and Enhancements:

  1. New Payouts Flow with Statuses

    • New Statuses and Tracking: Introduced a refined payout flow with additional statuses to track each step of the payout process. This helps users stay informed of the current state of payouts, from initiation to completion.

    • Filtering Options: The payouts section now has new filters, enabling users to filter payouts based on status, date, and recipient.

    • Sum and Action Buttons: Quick action buttons have been introduced to allow bulk payout processing and a summarized view of total payouts.

  2. Uploading Documents to a Fund

    • Lenders can now upload documents directly to a fund, making fund-level documentation more accessible to your investors.
      Documents shared through the fund are only visible to fund investors.

  3. Borrower, Investor & Vendor Custom Fields

    • Users can now add custom fields for borrowers, investors, and vendors, offering greater flexibility in tracking and managing unique data across contacts. This enhancement allows users to personalize data points based on their operational needs.

  4. Single Signup / Auto Invite Flow

    • Streamlined onboarding process with a single signup flow that now includes an auto-invite feature for Investors and Borrowers. Contacts can use the email linked to their account to join the platform after confirming they have access to the email. This reduces administrative overhead and improves user experience.

  5. Filter and Sorting Loans in Servicing

    • Added robust filtering and sorting capabilities in the loan servicing section. Users can now filter loans by key criteria.

  6. Edit Withdrawals and Deposits

    • Enhanced functionality that allows users to edit Investors withdrawals and deposits in the system. This improvement gives users greater control over financial records and ensures accuracy in fund management.

  7. Added “Product Name” as a Condition in Automations

    • Automations now support "Product Name" as a trigger condition. This allows users to create more specific and targeted automation flows based on the type of loan product, improving automation precision.

  8. Select SSN and Tax ID as Map to Fields in Loan Applications

    • Users can now map Social Security Number (SSN) and Tax ID fields directly in the loan application, streamlining data entry and ensuring compliance with required documentation.
