The Portal Settings section in Baseline allows you to customize key aspects of the portal, such as adding custom footer text, updating agreement language, and enabling or disabling logos and product names in the term sheet. These settings help personalize the user experience and maintain branding consistency.
Accessing Portal Settings
Log in to your Baseline account.
Navigate to the left-hand menu.
Click on Company Settings
Navigate to Portal Settings.
1. Enabling/Disabling Logos and Product Names on Term Sheets
What it does:
It lets you control whether your company’s logos and product names appear on Quotes.
How to configure:
Go to the Settings section.
Locate the toggle for "Show product names and logos on term sheet?"
Turn it on to display logos and names or off to hide them.
Save your settings to apply.
2. Customizing Term Sheet Footer
What it does:
Allows you to add custom text, links, or formatting to the footer of your term sheets.
How to configure:
Navigate to the Term Sheet Footer section.
Enter your desired text in the provided editor.
Example: "Terms and conditions apply. Contact support for details."
Use the formatting toolbar to adjust font styles, add links, or bullet points.
Click Save to apply changes.
3. Customizing Investor Statement Footer
What it does:
Lets you include personalized language, notes, or disclaimers at the bottom of investor statements.
How to configure:
Go to the Investor Statement Footer section.
Add text such as disclaimers, legal language, or support contact details.
Example: "This statement is for informational purposes only."
Format as needed using the toolbar.
Click Save to finalize.
4. Customizing Borrower Statement Footer
What it does:
Adds customizable text to borrower statements for better communication or compliance.
How to configure:
Locate the Borrower Statement Footer section.
Enter information such as instructions, reminders, or disclaimers.
Example: "Please ensure timely repayment as per your agreement."
Use the editor for styling and links.
Save changes by clicking Save.
5. Customizing Offering Terms of Agreement
What it does:
Allows you to customize or clarify terms included in the agreement shown to investors when investing through the platform.
How to configure:
Open the Offering Terms of Agreement section.
Enter your preferred language for the agreement terms.
Example: "By signing this agreement, you accept the following terms..."
Adjust formatting using the toolbar for clarity.
Save your updates with the Save button.
