Release summary
This late‑spring release focuses on credit checks, document workflows, new reports, and additional permissions. It also adds an email‑template system and improves performance across the platform.
New features & improvements
Integrated credit checks – Lenders can request credit checks directly from Baseline through the CoTailly integration and manually add or view credit scores on loans
PDF document downloads – Any document can now be downloaded as a PDF for offline review or storage
Document review actions – Documents in the “In Review” state include Accept and Reject buttons, streamlining the review process
Funding tab availability – The Funding tab is now visible on all loans in the pipeline, providing at‑a‑glance funding information
Email template system – Administrators can create and manage reusable email templates with dynamic merge fields for sending notices and correspondence
Loan modification charges – Charges associated with loan modifications can be added and viewed; these charges appear as future charges in the charges section
Insurance report filters – The insurance expiration report now includes additional filters to refine results
Investor transaction report – A new report summarizes investor transactions for easier accounting and auditing
Insurance report enhancements – The insurance report now displays policy numbers and includes a filter to narrow results
Custom reports – New custom reports are available for trust balances, borrower address information, and payoff dates
Permission toggles – Administrators can control whether the Notifications tab and the Credit Checks feature are visible to users
Performance and visual improvements – Various optimizations and user‑interface improvements enhance the overall experience
Bug fixes – A series of minor bug fixes are included in this release
