Release summary

This mid‑summer release delivers a refreshed document experience, new servicing automations, and several pipeline and reporting enhancements. It also improves security by preventing borrowers from withdrawing after submission and includes numerous bug fixes.

New features & improvements

  • Redesigned loan documents – The loan documents section has been modernized with a new look and supports bulk actions, making it easier to manage multiple documents at once

  • Manual loan defaults – Servicing users can manually trigger a default on a loan; default events now appear in the loan’s timeline, improving transparency

  • Custom file names for downloads – When downloading documents, you can now customize file names and choose whether to download all documents as a single ZIP file or individually

  • Product automation – A new automation allows you to set a loan’s product automatically based on predefined conditions

  • Borrower withdrawal disabled after submission – Once an application has been submitted, borrowers can no longer withdraw it, preventing accidental or unauthorized deletions.

  • Sortable payments – The Payments section now supports sorting, making it easier to find specific transactions

  • Expanded insurance fields – Additional fields are now available in loan insurance records to capture more detailed information

  • Pipeline enhancements – Users can change a loan’s sub‑stage directly from the Kanban view and expand the pipeline table grouped by sub‑stage

  • Comprehensive insurance report – The insurance report now includes both active and expired policies, giving you a complete view of coverage on loans

  • Updated payoff report – The default payoff report has been redesigned for clarity and usability.

  • Tri‑merge credit report – A new tri‑merge credit report is available, consolidating data from three major credit bureaus

  • Cleaner notification emails – Notification emails sent by Baseline no longer include a trailing URL at the bottom, producing a more professional appearance

  • Bug fixes and performance improvements – Numerous small fixes and optimizations improve the stability and responsiveness of the platform
