New features & improvements
Order flood reports directly – Lenders can now order flood determinations through the Cotality integration without leaving Baseline.
Document rejection reasons displayed – When a document is rejected, the reason now appears next to the document in the borrower and lender portals, improving communication.
Google Tag Manager integration – Adds support for embedding Google Tag Manager snippets, enabling more flexible analytics and marketing tracking.
Stage‑based read/write permissions – Administrators can assign read or write permissions to specific pipeline stages, giving fine‑grained control over who can edit loan data at each stage.
Individual report permissions – Reports can now have their own permission settings, so you can decide which users can view each report.
Read‑only loan contact permission – A new permission level for loan contacts allows them to view loan information without making changes.
Bug fixes and performance improvements – The release includes miscellaneous fixes and optimizations for stability and performance.
