Sharing
When creating or editing a product, you have the option of sharing it with brokers and other affiliated businesses affiliated with your lending business.
Activating this option shares the product with all brokers linked to your account, making it accessible through Quotes or a Loan. This allows you to receive the information around loans sourced by your brokers directly into the Baseline platform.
Quotes
Brokers and affiliated businesses can utilize your product in Quotes to generate a term sheet for borrowers using the product's sizer.
The sizer needs to be configured in advance (Learn more on How to set up a sizer)
Loans
In origination or servicing, brokers and affiliated businesses can choose the shared product for any of their loans. When your product is selected, they may share or transfer ownership of the loan with you.
🛑 Brokers and affiliated businesses are restricted from modifying the product or attached sizer.
