Adding a Loan

This page provides information on how to add a loan. It covers the necessary steps and requirements for adding it to Baseline.

The process to manually add a loan is as follows:

  1. Navigate to Pipeline

  2. Click Add Loan at the top right.

    The Add New Loan dialog displays.


  3. In Add New Loan page, specify the following parameters:

    • Name of the Loan

    • Use of Funds

    • Borrower(s)

    • Guarantor(s)

      ℹ️ Loan Name is a mandatory field, and you may modify these fields once the loan is created. ​

  4. Click Next.

  5. Specify the following additional parameters:

    • Property Type

    • Units

    • Street Address 1

    • Street Address 2

    • City

    • Province/State

  6. Click Save.
    The loan is added under the Lead section on the Pipeline page.


💡 Loans are also created when:

  1. A Borrower submits a loan application

  2. Converting a quote into a loan
