Viewing Loan Details

You can access all the necessary information related to a loan on its details page.

Yo do so:

  1. On the Pipeline page, click the desired loan card.



    The loan details page displays.

  2. The page shows the following loan details at the top.

    • Application name
      Refers to the name of the loan application, and it can be modified at any time.

    • ID
      This unique identifier is assigned to each loan application within Baseline's system. It is automatically generated when a new application is created, and a new number can be typed into this field.

    • Primary Borrower
      This field specifies the main applicant of the loan.

    • Closing Date
      The expected or scheduled origination date.

    • Product
      This refers to the type of loan product, and Loan products can be fully customized in Baseline.

    • Admin
      It is the Loan officer assigned to the loan application. This person will receive all notifications regarding this loan application.

    • Use of Funds
      This field is for providing information on the purpose of the loan.

  3. The loan detail page consists of the following tabs:


    • General:
      This tab contains the overall summary and key details of the loan, such as the loan amount, status, and important dates.

    • Documents:
      This tab allows users to access, upload, and manage all loan-related documents, including loan documents, forms, and legal agreements.

    • Borrower:
      This section contains detailed information about the borrower, guarantor, and their details.

    • Charges:
      This tab lists all the loan fees and charges, including origination fees, service charges, and any other applicable costs.

    • Collateral:
      This tab details the collateral securing the loan, including their value, status, and Insurance.

    • Scope of Work:
      This tab is used primarily for construction or project-based loans. It details the specific work to be done and related costs.

    • Amortization Schedule:
      This section provides a detailed schedule of payments for the loan, showing the breakdown over the loan term.

    • Funding:
      This tab contains details about the loan investors, including the total amount funded, disbursement dates, and funding sources.

    • Payments:
      This section tracks the loan's repayment, recording each payment, trust transactions, and any late fees or penalties.

    • Contacts:
      This tab contains a list of all the contacts associated with the loan, including Title agents, legal representatives, and other relevant parties.

    • Change Log:
      This section logs all the changes made to the loan details, providing a historical record of edits, updates, and modifications.

    • Notifications:
      This tab allows users to manage and view all loan-related alerts and notifications, such as payment reminders and status updates.

    • Settings:
      This section allows users to configure various loan-related settings, such as interest calculation methods, default values, and Late fees.
