The procedure for downloading a document is as follows:
Open the loan details page.
Click the Documents tab.
The list of documents associated with the loan application is displayed.
Click the desired document.
The document page opens.
Click the Actions button at the top.
A dropdown displays.
From the dropdown, click Download or Download PDF.
The document downloads to your system's default downloads folder in the file format it was uploaded in.
If you click Download PDF the document will download as a PDF.
