Adding Your Logo to Pre-Approval, Commitment, and Payoff Letters

In this guide, we'll walk you through the process of adding your logo into the preset templates in Baseline.

Step 1: Accessing the Template Section

First, navigate to the template section of Baseline. Here's the direct link to make it easier for you:

Then Click settings and Navigate to Templates

Inside the templates you find a list of available templates.

Step 2: Downloading the Template

Locate the templates you want to modify.

Next to each template, you'll find a download icon. It looks something like this:

Click on this icon to download the template to your computer.

Step 3: Modifying the Template

Open the downloaded template in Microsoft Word or a similar word processing software. You can now add your company's logo to the template. Usually, it's best to place the logo in the header or top corner of the document for maximum visibility.

Step 4: Uploading the Modified Template

Once you have added your logo and are satisfied with how the template looks, save the document. Return to the Baseline Software template section and locate the slot for the respective template.

Upload your modified template by clicking the upload area, which typically looks like this:

Step 5: Review and Confirmation

After uploading, ensure that the template has been updated correctly. It might be helpful to generate a test document to confirm that your logo appears as expected.
