Document Details

Accessing the Document Detail View

  1. Navigate to the document list in your system.

  2. Click on the document title or thumbnail to open the Document Detail View.


Key Features and Actions

Preview Document

  • The main preview pane displays the content of the document. Use the scroll bar to navigate through pages.

File Management Options

  • Rename:

    • Click the three-dot menu (...) in the top right.

    • Select Rename, enter the new name, and confirm.

  • Delete Version:

    • From the same menu, choose Delete version to remove the current version while retaining earlier versions, if applicable.

Document Actions

  • Send for Signature:

    • Click the Send for Signature button to initiate an e-signature request workflow.

    • Follow the prompts to select recipients and signature fields.

  • Request Document:

    • Use this to request a document from a Borrower or Investor. The system will send a link to upload it, which will be visible in the Borrower/Investor portal.

  • Download:

    • Select the Download button in the top right to save the document to your local device.

Comments

  • Add comments to the loan by clicking the Comment icon on the right-hand panel.

  • Review existing comments in the same panel.

Sharing Options

  • Click the Share button to generate a link or invite borrowers users to see the document on their portal.

  • Shared documents can be downloaded as PDFs on the Borrower and Investor portals.

🔍 If Borrowers is a corporation, the corporation must be linked to an individual.

✔️The individual must have a verified email before receiving the communication.

Version History

  • If applicable, you can access previous versions by clicking the version history dropdown (near the Last Updated timestamp).

Printing

  • Click the Print button to print the document directly from the interface.


Additional Tips

  • Accessibility: Use the zoom feature in your browser to magnify the document for easier reading.
