Attributes
Name
Description: This is the name of the task and can be edited at any time.
How to Edit: Simply click on the task name field, make the necessary changes, and click the "Save" button to apply the changes.
Description
Description: A detailed description of the task, which can be edited at any time.
How to Edit: Click on the description field, modify the content, and click the "Save" button to save the changes.
Due Date
Description: This is the date the task is set to be completed. For tasks created through a template, this date may be automatically set to a number of days after the task's creation.
How to Set: Use the date picker to select the due date.
How to Save: Click the "Save" button to confirm the changes.
Subtasks
Description: Subtasks can be added to any task to break it down into smaller, manageable parts.
How to Add: Click the "Add Subtask" button at the bottom of the Subtask section.
How to Remove: Hover over the subtask you want to remove and click the remove icon on the left.
How to Mark Complete: Click the checkbox on the left of the subtask.
Auto-Save: Subtasks are automatically saved upon modification.
Assignee
Description: Tasks can be assigned to team members or yourself.
How to Assign: Check the box beside each team member in the dropdown list.
How to Remove: Uncheck the box beside the team member you want to remove.
How to Save: Click the "Save" button to apply the changes.
Loan
Description: Tasks can be attached to a loan.
How to Link: Click the "Add a Loan" button and search for the loan in the system.
Restrictions: Tasks cannot be linked to archived loans. Tasks created from within a loan are automatically assigned to that loan.
How to Save: Click the "Save" button to confirm the changes.
Status
Description: Provides visibility and tracking for each task.
Statuses Available:
To Do: Automatically set when a task is first created.
In Process: Manually set when the task is being worked on.
Completed: Automatically set when all subtasks are completed or manually checked in the task list. Tasks can also be manually marked as completed at any time.
Waived: Use this status when a task is deemed unnecessary or irrelevant.
How to Set: Select the appropriate status from the dropdown menu.
