Baseline’s new Credit Report feature streamlines credit management by replacing the old static credit score field with a dynamic, comprehensive credit report system. Here’s what’s new:
Credit Report Entry Options
Users can now add/retrieve a credit report via a dropdown menu:
Retrieve a credit report: Conduct a soft-pull or a hard-pull on the borrower’s credit.
Manually add a report: Enter a credit score along with key financial metrics.
Upload a credit report file: Attach an existing credit report directly to the client’s profile.
This upgrade enables more accurate credit tracking, simplifies data entry, and provides clearer insights for financial decision-making.
Improved Tracking & Visualization
Lenders have a quick glimpse of the borrower’s financial health via a snapshot of three quick metrics:
Credit Utilization Ratio (provided by Corelogics)
Derogatory Accounts (provided by Corelogics)
Date the report was pulled (for accurate tracking).
Colored icons offer visual indicators of credit health, helping users quickly assess the status.
