Pulling Credit Reports

Updated over a month ago

Baseline’s new Credit Report feature streamlines credit management by replacing the old static credit score field with a dynamic, comprehensive credit report system. Here’s what’s new:

Credit Report Entry Options

Users can now add/retrieve a credit report via a dropdown menu:

  • Retrieve a credit report: Conduct a soft-pull or a hard-pull on the borrower’s credit.

  • Manually add a report: Enter a credit score along with key financial metrics.

  • Upload a credit report file: Attach an existing credit report directly to the client’s profile.

This upgrade enables more accurate credit tracking, simplifies data entry, and provides clearer insights for financial decision-making.

Improved Tracking & Visualization

Lenders have a quick glimpse of the borrower’s financial health via a snapshot of three quick metrics:

  • Credit Utilization Ratio (provided by Corelogics)

  • Derogatory Accounts (provided by Corelogics)

  • Date the report was pulled (for accurate tracking).

Colored icons offer visual indicators of credit health, helping users quickly assess the status.
