To invite borrowers and investors to have access to their portals, follow these instructions:
Navigate to the Investor or Borrower Section
Select or Create a new individual (Add borrowers)
Click on the record
Add at least 1 email
Click "Invite user"
💻By inviting users, they can gain access to our system via either the Investor or Borrower Portal.
☑️ Verifying emails only confirms their validity and does not grant users portal access.
Users Steps
Users invited to the portal will receive an email with a unique link to create their account.
Once they click on the link, the user is redirected to the account set up screen
After completing the form users are now able to log in using the set email and password.
